I am 5"8 and 163 pounds so pretty much the same as you and I have exactly the same goal weight :) I am 9 days in to the 30 day shred, I haven't lost weight but I have lost 1 inch off my waist, 1 inch off my hips and 1 inch off my thigh. Very impressed and highly recommend it!

I had not lost any weight this morning so felt crap about that. Then had a very long and crappy day at work. So obviously all I wanted to do was sit in bed and pig out! I'm on day 4 of the 30DS level 1. My legs are hurting but I'm working through the pain and loving it! Can't wait to see then end result!

I tried lamppost running for a bit. So the idea is that you start at a lamppost and then run to the next one. Then walk to the next one, then run to the next, then walk and so on and so on. It was pretty good and gets you started until you can cut some of the walking out or even all of it. Good luck x
