  • This stuff is so amazing. I will bring this for lunch and its a great way to reach my cal limit each day. + the avocado is all healthy fats. Make sure your avocado is just rip and not soft either. I let mine sit out a few days before and once its a little soft i use. This is 100% raw.

  • i don't eat much bread but some-days i will put sprouted bread on a egg. I thought since its sprouted its very good for you because of the different grains and the sprouting. Its not the cheap generic bread and doesn't have high fructose corn syrup in it. I wont eat anything with high fructose corn syrup anymore.
