Thank you everyone, all amazing ideas. So far ive tried breakfast quiches, but i will definitely be giving overnight oatmeals a try. I usually make oatmeal in the morning if i have the time (Which i usually dont). but i didnt think it would heat up well. Now i think i might give it a shot =)

Rude people dont have the right to complain about rudeness in return, so dont feel bad. And depending on your tone, it probably wasnt even rude to begin with. Good job standing up for yourself, some meatheads at the gym can be such asshats.

If im hungry, i eat. Its its really late, i just try to keep it light so i dont wake up feeling like im still digesting my food from the previous night.

I usually go for a protein shake(muscletech ph8), a quest bar(fave is cookies n cream), or fruit like grapes, bananas, or an apple.

As activity trackers go, im happy with this purchase. Personally i think every activity tracker out on the market has flaws, but if i had to choose only one, im glad i went with the Loop. For optimal experience, its best to have a bluetooth (i have a h7) hrm and an iphone. I like that i can shower and swim with it on, and…

Yeah the lacking in Android is a serious bummer. I finally used the Loop with a H7 heartrate monitor and it worked beautifully like with my HT4 polar watch, but because there isnt an android app yet, i had to wait till i got home to check the breakdown for my workout through the computer. Polar says they should have an…

My favorite is mustletech phase 8. Very fine powder so it dissolved fantasically and the flavor payoff is handsdown my fave. Downside is because the powder is finer than some, it can get messy. Honestly, its worth a little dust on your hands from time to time. It also contains things like BCAAs that help with muscle…

Oh i didnt know i could change that ill definitely look into that. Thank you! I thought since i weight train too, some additional protein would be a good thing. Oh i have much to learn =)

Dont give yourself a deadline because when you hit it, it implies that youre done, and there is always room for improvement. Choose a routine you can be comfortable doing for ALWAYS, and allow yourself a cheat meal for your sanity and overall life happiness. Be healthy, eat healthy, and the weight will handle itself. Make…

Excuses dont burn Calories. When you stumble, make it part of the dance.

Id say yes, you need to hit the 1200 calories at least per day. If time isnt your friend, i highly recommend meal prepping your week so that your meals are already measured and all the nutrition points are properly hit. Granola bars are a great time saver but can be jam packed with non healthy ingredients and mostly carbs.…

I drink Amino Energy... I mix a blender bottle with the mix and sip on it throughout the whole workout and i find i have way more energy and stamina to go on =) Best thing ive use so far, i highly recommend.

I recommend the Polar FT4 or FT7. I have the FT4 and have never had a problem with it. Just remember you have it right side up cause the sensor will constantly disconnect if you have it on wrong. Aside from that, i have no function complaints.

A protein shake or maybe a couple bites of a cookies and cream quest bar =)

Hands down, id say youre mostly just retaining water. You'd have to consumer 14k calories to gain 4 lbs in the short time frame. Hydrate hydrate hydrate and give it a couple days. Chin up, just get back on track. Sometimes if i dont log for a couple days, i write down everything i remember eating and then do a rough diary…
