Just curious as to what MFP uses to create these nutritional targets each day? Im always over on protein when i check and i always thought protein was good, especially for me who worksout 3 days a week with weight training and whatnot. Someone enlighten me please. Should i ignore those limits or adjust my eating habits accordingly? Thanks!

You can change your macros % I changed mine to 40% carbs, 30% fat and 30% protein as I thought that mfp didnt give me enough protein. I read somewhere that you should eat 1g protein per lb of bodyweight so if you weigh 150lb then have 150g of protein but depending on your goals you can have less or more but I use that as a general guideline.0
