Clear spirits and diet mixers (vodka, malibu etc.), get a good gym sesh in before you go out, and get up and dance as much as possible to burn some calories off! Davina's workouts are good. Also, the pump it up one which has a boxing theme (can't remember the title off the top of my head). It's great for cardio and toning exercises, and I always ache for days after.

Alcohol. I had a perfect day eating-wise on friday then ended up going on a spur of the moment night out. No idea how many calories I drank, but definitely way too many. Then of course the hangover food the day after. Not good!

I like to mix things up by setting my goal to lose 1lb a week for a week, then half a lb a week the next week. I usually lose more than this anyway if I'm diligent about measuring and recording, and it makes it easier than sticking to a low amount of calories week in week out.

well done ladies! I'm only 1.4lb away from my starting weight for this round :laugh: It was so low back then because I was sick for 2 weeks around christmas time and I couldn't really eat, as soon as I started eating it all piled back on. 139.4 this week... uh oh. I knew it would be bad though, too much sodium and processed food! I've also hurt my achilles tendons so no cardio for me. I'm gonna get back on track with food this week though. Have a good week everyone! :bigsmile:

aargh tomorrow's going to be bad.... I've been really good with exercising daily, but I've been eating too much crap. We've been struggling with money the past two weeks so have been living off cheap, processed frozen food. Fresh start tomorrow!

nearly all men say they prefer curves but I think they have a different definition of curvy to us... slim and toned but still got boobs and a bum!
