Injury - advice please?!
I exercised every day last week and went out saturday night and danced for about 5 hours straight. Now the backs of my heels / bottom of ankles are quite painful, even when I'm just walking. My resting heart rate is only 39 bpm, is this too low? I just read that between 60 - 100 is the average.
