Injury - advice please?!

I exercised every day last week and went out saturday night and danced for about 5 hours straight. Now the backs of my heels / bottom of ankles are quite painful, even when I'm just walking. I googled it and it looks like it's my achilles tendons. I haven't exercised since as I don't want to make them worse. Does anyone know if they will get better on there own, or should I go to the doctors?
