 Is it Friday yet?
-
True. The next poster slays a dragon in their next life.

LMAO...you're such a pothead that you didn't realize 4/20 was happening this year or that it happens to fall on Easter?

Tell her to send her candy here. I'll totally eat it on time.

Get a room you *kitten*! Preferably with a webcam set up in a conspicuous place so we can watch the hot dirtay!

should be followed by: Doesn't mean you should!

So subtle is your art of trade secret sharing. Geez K, why don't you spill the gory deets about how you drug 'em and love 'em too.

Nice. I'll bet these words will bring him right in! LOL

Wowzers. I bet that will make him swoon.

This test, like any other, is an opportunity to harden yourself. Keep what you're doing and maybe evaluate after a few more days and see if there is any improvement. If not, actually eating like 300-400 extra cals per day got me where I needed to be.

How could I forget??? Diamond stud in the nose.

Women with big hooped earrings! Xtra points for long, unnatural acrylic fingernails (not super long, just enough to know they're fake). Perferably, some outlandish color like hot pink or orange - basically fruit loop color!

1650-2200 regardless of exercise. Working so far!

Welcome! I've got 2 children myself (daughter 3 1/2, son 8 months). I'm hoping to lose 1.5x their combined weight!

I'm in Florida, but, would love to live in Southern Ontario. I know, I know...I'm soooooo weird. Canadians, feel free to add me. We can swap weather stories. I will start complaining soon! :)

I've found my magic number to be between 1800-2100 calories per day. I'm now about 231 lbs and I am losing about 3-5 lbs per week. Minimal excercise. I might be an anomaly, but, some FOOD for thought. ;)

34 Male SW: 256 CW: 234 GW: 179 I mildly exercise and simply stick to tracking my intake. Started back with MFP in the 2nd week in January which is my SW. Hoping to keep the pace up, but, know it's about to get more difficult. Would love to find some folks out there with similar situations and draw from your collective…

Love the positivity! FR sent. Let's do this!

Your recovery from the "fog" or dragging feeling is generally nutrition related. Back in the 2nd week of January, I made some adjustments to what I was eating and started tracking again. Within a few days, I could feel the veil start to lift and feel much better. It's so hard to realize what you do to yourself with…

Welcome! I'd be happy to share any advice or "secrets" with you. Feel free to add me and I'd be happy to supply the non-hurtful motivation.

I'm 34 with 77 to lose overall to achieve my goal. I'm down about 22 in 6 weeks. The first few weeks sometimes can be the easiest, but, losing this kind of weight is a LIFESTYLE change, not a DIET. Anyone can feel free to add me for accountability, advice, or unrelenting off-the-cuff anecdotes!

Hi! Feel free to add me. I too smoke and have quit in the past a couple of times, but, I've realized that it gets tougher and tougher. Perhaps there's a plan that we could formulate to cease that terrible habit for good.

I'm a 34 male, 5' 11" with another 50 ish pounds to lose. Started tracking (again) back in the 2nd week in January and have shed about a 1/3 of my goal. No secrets here other than being consistent with tracking, working out lightly, and staying honest (no cheat meals). I'm always looking for additional accountability.…
