I agree, it's not a natural or health product!! Too much caffeine is not good for you and that's what a lot of on the shelf pills are! Nothing buy major caffeine. That's why you get the jitters!!!!!

If you have any stress going on, then this produces a lot of cortisol hormone which goes right to your belly area causing fat storage there. Maybe this is why???

I agree, try an during healthy snacks. I wouldn't try and stress about it much as stress causes our bodies to release the cortisol hormone which in excess goes right to our midsection which in turn leads to more fat around the belly. Just take a deep breath and take one step at a time :)

Hey guys! I'm a nurse as well. I'm now in a management position and I sit a lot instead of being on my feet all day! I used to have an office on the third floor, so I did the stairs a lot to keep in shape, and they have now moved me to the first floor, and I'm not getting as much exercise during the day! it really sucks.
