If you like butterfingers you could try slim fasts peanut butter bars. They are delicious and taste the same! They're only 100 calories. If you're a chocolate lover, definitely try Skinny Cow. They have candy bars for 150 calories or less and you would never know it with how good they taste.

My grandpa told me I should get knocked up so at least I'd have an excuse for being so fat. I was 17 at the time. I also had a (ex) boyfriend who told me I got fatter every time he saw me. I can't believe some of the things I used to put up with!

Do what works best for you. I work 3rd shift and I consider it the same day until I actually go to bed. Every person is different though so just figure out what makes the most sense for your schedule.

I don't like it at all by itself, it's very bland. However, I've used it in recipes (peanut butter pie, cookies, etc) and I can't tell a difference! I highly recommend it for cooking/baking and for smoothies.

I always weigh about half a pound less after my shower then I did before. Not sure why that is, but I have seen other people on here who say it's the same for them.

Try wall push-ups. I would also suggest buying some weights and doing exercises that you feel comfortable doing, such as chest flys, etc. Start with light weights (3-5 lbs) and work your way up.

I've used Wii Fit Plus, Zumba, Gold's Gym Dance Workout and Just Dance. I have to mix things up every once in a while and these games are perfect for that. I always work up a sweat!

Coconut milk, strawberries, ground turkey, whole grain bread and skinny cow peanut butter bars. These are things I pick up every time I go to the store. I'm addicted!

I used to read my textbooks while walking on the treadmill but stopped because I'd either get dizzy or have to walk so slow I didn't find it worthwhile. Now I just make sure to make time for both reading and exercising!

107 days and 20 lbs lost...although the first two weeks or so I wasn't very committed and only logged things here and there.

I stop eating 2-3 hours before I go to bed. If I still feel hungry when I'm about to get into bed, I have a little bit of peanut butter and it keeps me full during the night.

I personally don't, but I have friends who even log masturbating and making out. I consider sex an extra bonus for a calorie burn. Do what works for you!
