I'm so weak that....

I have almost no strength in my arms. I couldn't even change the water jug at work. I couldn't help lift a 70 pound piece of furniture because I wasn't able to keep up my end. I honestly could not defend myself even if I had to with how weak I am right now.

So any suggestions on how to build upper body strength ?

    Try wall push-ups. I would also suggest buying some weights and doing exercises that you feel comfortable doing, such as chest flys, etc. Start with light weights (3-5 lbs) and work your way up.
