Nuts (almonds are great) are an easy way to add in healthy calories. I frequently add them as a snack in the middle of the day if I know I won't hit my calorie goal (I eat around 1300 per day). I'm also vegetarian.

Awesome job! Very inspiring! I heard about Dr. Esselstyn's diet in Forks Over Knives and have been eager to get the book. I essentially eat vegan now - but didn't realize it was also an oil-free diet. Again, congratulations!!

My goal is 140-145. My lowest was 145 when I was running cross country in high school, and I felt good at that weight ...I can't really imagine getting below that.
