make sure you cut out the sodas and drink water. that seems to have helped me. im in the same 40 lb boat you are n. if you havent already talked to a trainer, you should. i spoke to one at the gym i started and he really gave me some insight on where to start. i have been here just a few days and have been telling everyone…
