I eat between 150-165 carbs a day, I also keep my protein high at about 100-130 grams a day, so I keep both of them high for energy and recovery because I'm fairly active everyday, I just keep my fats low at about 50g, when you lower your fats you eat a lot more I've found.

Sweets, chocolate, cake and....just basically all the junk food you can think of. I think the only healthy thing is oatmeal, but I always crave oatmeal anyway :/

Yep, and it sucks lol. My goal for summer (June) is to be between 20-21% , at my worst it was 31% around September, it's currently 26%. So ******* hard to get rid of!
