Just making the decision is a huge start. Be sure to log all foods you eat, drink all your water, work out or walk/hike, Do not undereat, and friend lots of friends for encouragement. Good luck in your journey!

Fresh blueberries, watermelon, strawberries, peaches, watermelon, grapes, apples, mango, watermelon, corn on the cob no butter salt or pepper, plums, salads (chicken, taco, crab, cobb, etc), home made fajitas with chicken or shrimp, shishkabobs, and watermelon. The list can go on and on and on!

Daves Blues Bread toasted, 1/2 avacado mashed with a tbsp greek yogurt and and salsa, cucumber, tomato, alfalfa sprouts, very thin slices of red bell pepper, and spinach. Yummy!

I do the same thing at times. Will wake up with food in my bed or stuck to me. It sucks when you walk, talk, and eat in your sleep. Ohh the things i have woken up to either stuck to me or all over my sheets.

There is one possibility no one has mentioned. You may be eating too little. Your body will hold onto fat stores if it is not being properly fed.

ICU RN, some nights are go go go, some are sit sit sit. On my off days I am a walker. I get around 20-30 miles a week in not counting my walking at work. Hoping to add more soon.

I love my Mizumo Wave Alchemy's I have last years model and this years model as well. I love this years but they seem to stretch quite a bit more than I expected. Otherwise they feel amazing! I would go to a different shoe store, get a gait analysis done and then tell them you only want Mizumos!

I think it is a big possibility that it is water weight. Give it a chance. Don't fret it. Can you ignore the scale for a week or 5? Just work, eat properly, and have faith? Measure yourself and forget the scale!
