180 isn't unreasonable at all, it depends on alot on frame. my husband is 6'0 and 160lbs, and is lean, but doesn't look underweight by any means. oh, and Great work OP! Your doing amazing!

if you've got your macros set to the defaults for MFP. then eat some more protien. going over by 5 or 10 or even 20 or 30 of the default is good for you. Definitely don't fill up on carbs. (I'm not a dietician or dr or anything, but i've done lots of research, and experimented with it, and have done the healthy weight loss…

absolutely love these movies. i'm a huge fantasty nerd! I actually like the movies more the the books though, and that doesn't happen to often for me. i also cannot wait for the hobbit! i get goosebumps when i watch the trailer. that song is so haunting.

why all the banana hate? sure, it's they are a little more carb heavy then say.. berries, but then also have a lot of potassium and other stuff that is excellent for you, i wouldn't go eating 5 a day or anything, but eating 1 banana a day isn't bad at all, and that's coming from someone who is on the limit the fruit side…

nothing wrong with having some popcorn once and a while, even movie theatre popcorn. it'll make you retain water like crazy from all the salt, and it certainly isn't low cal, but a treat once and a while won't ruin your diet. to whoever said it was under 800, you are sadly mistaken, a large from cineplex (the biggest chain…

it's still calories in vs calories out. just some times calories out isn't always the same.

that's not even close to TMI! what a great NSV! congrats. i'm looking forward to this day!

that is impossible. if your looking for calorie counting friendly protien, go for unflavoured whey protien. or ones that have no sugar. I don't know what is available in the UK. but just go to a nutrition shop, and look at the labels. Look for ones that have lots of protien, and very little carbs.

there is science to them. but i'd stay away, they can make your heart explode. ok that's a bit of an extreme, but they arn't really good for you. eat clean, and do lots of interval training, you will burn fat just fine.

I have made this twice now and it was delightful both times. the 2nd time, i added 1/2 scoop of chocolate protien powder, the texture wasn't as good, but it still tasted great. as a note. i had to cook them for like a minute, not 20 seconds, maybe i have a wimpy microwave.

These are amazing NSV! Congrats!

i'm getting into shape for jiu jitsu (of the brazillian variety, though i do train in japanese jiu jitsu as well). I'm sick of fighting in the open weight category. i registered for the first time in the non open weight category for a tournament in 2 weeks. I may have to spend some time in the sauna to make it, but for the…
