  • I have the original zumba with the belt and the first just dance. I like the zumba better, but dont use the belt every time. I like not having to pick a new song which stops the level of exercise in the middle. Just be careful with all the twisting as I pushed to hard the first time I did zumba and strained my knee. :)
  • I am proud of myself for setting my goal for lent to quit binge eating which leads to other bad habits I am also trying to stop. Heading to exercise soon after having a slimfast for breakfast.

  • My third week in I didn't lose my lb so the next week I did not eat back my exercise calories and ended up losing 2 lbs that week! The key is just to eat less than you are buring off to keep the scale going down, :smile:
