I too am a germ o phobe and i hate to be the one to sat it but.... First world problems. So many people dont get the option of clean bottled water. Besides, Filling up from those sinks ( bad as it is ) is probably more hygenic than alot of other things. Eg plucked chicken.

Maybe try to equate how much effort with omething that you already know the burn. So if you ski for half an hour, does it feel like you went for a stroll a brisk walk or a run. Thats what i use as a guide for excersize that i dont know the actual cal bin. The other option is to wear a hrm.

There are a few people who lack the enžyme to break down the protien in meat. Also gut flora changes within a week, so if you havent eaten ny in a while you can get issues.

Forsore shin, put a tennis ball on thefloor and rub your fot over it with as nuch pressure as u can handle. You should feel better the next morning.

Thats me exactly. Dohicky in arm normally nothing, do new excersize ( or meet new males) and wham. Doesn't bother me too much though, so much more convinient that the old way.

3 miles a day is awsome. I would strugle to find the time and stamina for that . I lost about 12 kgs just by watching food and walking 100 yards at a time ( working. Up to a mile twice a day) As they all say the weight loss is mainly in the diet. But the excersize is for fitness. Good luck.

Mints, gum Mint tea Log the food before you eat it ( log the whole day if you can) then when you realise it will put u over make yourself burn off the calories before eating it. Try doing 10 jumping jacks in the office each time you fail and eat something sweet. The shame of doing that should stop it from happening again.…

I must have a good eye for this ( i'm almost legally blind). I'm only 2.5% smaller than i hink. Interesting that it doesn't take into account height which would affect the overal shape. I wonder if there is a male version? Thoughh it recommends strapless tops which would not work with G chest i h ave ....
