Lol. Just got to weigh the plain bagel before and after! Or just subtract the calories by a third- most likely over-logging the calorie amount a bit, ensuring the fact you're eating at a deficit.0 -

You could just weigh the bagel before and then after removing the filling. at least it will give you an approximate of how much bagel remains.
