It depends on if that's 800 calories left AFTER you've exercised or before. If it's extra because you kicked butt exercising the it's ok to leave some but if you haven't exercised then you need to eat closer to your goal calorie limit.

Maybe a couple time a week, but I only log it on Monday's. I try to set a goal for the week to give me a short term goal to look forward to. My goal this week is to go from currently 180.7 to 178...by Sunday. We'll see!!!

I started at 190.2 on Jan 2nd and as of my weigh in today I am down to 180.7.... so it took me almost 3 weeks. I'm usually on point with my calorie intake but I'm sure I could exercise more!!! Hope this helps.

I am a huge fan of the "southwest style" eggbeaters for omelets or breakfast sandwich. The original flavor is nasty I agree. Try the flavored style only 30 calories for 1/4 cup which is plenty for a veggie omlet! 1 normal egg is 70 calories and lots more cholestrol. Hope this helps :0)

My best friend does the protein shake thing, but like you I enjoy eating my food not drinking it! I personally think it's a good thing if your on the go and need some nourishment. I'm with ya!
