JFT Stay under my calorie goal. Don't eat my exercise calories. Drink more water. Do some foam rolling. Hips have been very sore for a while.

I got a food scale for work. I may have been over estimating my grilled chicken in my salad. :blush:

Currently learning to love the treadmill. Doing walking and jogging. Got the jogging up to 3min at time and walking in between 4 min. Working to do 4 min jogging and 4 walking. I also do strength training everyday during the work week. Varying the muscle groups.

Hi All, I am 47 live in KY and need to lose about 60 lbs. I go to the gym 5 days a week at least. Pushing myself to get this weight off for good! The weather is going to be hot and sunny this week! That means I need get outside and take care of all the yard work needing to be done. I love gardening, it's good for the soul.…

Today had a NSW! I jogged for the first time on the treadmill since I started my journey to great health! The goal for next week is to jog 4 min and walk 4 min for total of 28 min. I know I can do it! Have a great weekend everyone!

Planks are a great full body exercise. There are different variations and also good ol pushups which I hate. haa haa

Congrats! 111 days! I was on a roll with that and went on vacation and missed a day. I was pissed off at myself for getting caught up and not logging. So back to the drawing board with that. The good bad and ugly.
