I did see results. I didnt think it made a difference until I looked at my before/after pics! These pics are after 30 days straight 2lb weights. Thanks! I dont drink much of anything but when I do 85% of the time it is splenda milos tea, 10% water, 5% dr pepper haha. Im a very picky eater ... potatoes is about the only veggie Ill eat :/

I am 5'6 and started around 133lbs I got down to 121lbs and Im sitting at 126lbs now. The 1200 calories was the MFP suggestion I got. I was SO happy in the change in my legs! My thighs and stomach are the 2 places that bother(ed) me the most! At this point I think my stomach needs more works than my thighs haha ... I feel like I have that "mommy pouch" ... but Im not a mommy haha

I was sure it was all about the numbers but as you can see it isnt. I was getting so frustrated that I had gained a lb and not lost any inches. But I kept myself going and Im glad I did! FYI L2 SUCKS I liked L3 though ...

I should know more about his since I studied some nutrition in college but I dont .... My BMR is 1650 I was "allowed" 1200 by MFP. I manually upped it to 1400. We shall see what happens. Just trying to decide if this will be enough including my daily workout ....

I have heard of ppl doing 30DS shred all over again but pushing themselves more and upping the weight they use. I saw a post were a lady had done it for 60 days and OMG she was ripped. I am suppose to start Level 2 today, if my disk comes in! I am dreading it because I remember how hard the 1st few days of L1 were and how sore I was! I did before pics and was going to do after at the very end, do you recommend doing pics between each level?

WOW, 6lbs! That's great! Yesterday was my last day of level one, I was watching it on youtube. I am hoping the disk I ordered comes in today so I can move on to level 2 otherwise I'll have to continue level one til it comes in :(

Uh-o I'd say not. Are you doing the exercises just as they are shown? I know the videos mentions several common mistakes that are bad on knees. I have to watch myself reflection in the china cabinet to make sure Im doing it right haha.

O good! I'm hoping this is the "miracle work out" I've been looking for! I am 3 lb from my goal and need a small push. Plus i am finally small enough to have some abs and be very toned! Hoping this does the trick!
