  • So I'm unsure as was looking at my TDEE yesterday I set my activity to exercise 3-4 a week with a loss of 2lbs a week .... it's given me a figure of around 1600 calories ...the mfp sets it way lower at around 1250, so with the MFP I would eat them calories exercised back but the tdee calulator way I don't ?   • I started sl 5x5 on sunday at home but only have a max of 30kg of plates my barbell is only 2.5kg at most so not Olympic at all. is it ok to use a lesser weight then the programme stats in the beginning?   • I started spin also last week and loved it I did two classes last week and three classes this week. I have 3 different instructors for all classes and they do all teach differently. Love the fact that you actually know you are working your butt off. I think I may be addicted now :-)
  • I purchased the polar H7 to work with my Iphone - I am relatively new to exercise but wanted to keep a track of calories burned etc. So far so good it works really well and great to see how hard I worked with the visuals on the app but also good to be able to see on online via computer too .   • I really like the MOSSA for my fitness on the xbox one. hoping they will release some more for it soon. was also thinking of buying the zumba. if you do let us know how it is . :-)
  • Just tried mossa fight loved it but kicked me out half way through to my main Xbox page and does not let me resume workout and nothing was recorded. Hope it doesn't happen again :-( any ideas of calories roughly for 15 mins ?
