Honestly by Day 5 your muscles will be used to the burn and you wont feel a thing apart from a nice buzz and sting. Not the ache of Day 3 and Day 4. The first time I did 30DS I could barely walk on the 4th day but then miraculously just disappeared!

You girls are hardcore! I only have time to do 30DS with fulltime job and 2 small kiddlies running around the place. Will do 30 days straight (perhaps a couple of days off if unavoidable). Have to get beach ready by August 15th! Not sure what results I will have without combining it with other exercise but got to be better…

I did the 30 Day Shred a couple of months ago. I did 10 days of each level but was getting a little bored of them by the end of each 10 days. I had around 6 days off during the 30 days so the whole thing lasted 36 days. Absolutley agree that you go at your own pace - but the idea is that as it is only 20 mins long it does…

Best way would be to have a HRM as looking at previous threads seems the calorie burn can be anywhere between 180 and 400 depending on the person and how much effort you put in! I have always logged it previously as 200 if that helps!

Just finished one for lunch! Small wrap with tuna mayo (tuna, sweetcorn, extra light mayo) with lashings of lambs leaf lettuce, tomatoes, raw pepper with a side of carrot sticks and a small handful of baked crisps - all in at under 300 calories and really satisfying! Who said healthy eating was dull!!!?!

I am behind everyone else - on Day 2 of Level 2 - but really happy with how this is working. I have never stuck at an exercise plan before - usually give up after 2 days!
