Just made these today...used no sugar added cherries..and one box of angel food cake mix...Very good...79 calories for a 2x2 inch snack. when they cooled, i wrapped each individualy then put them in two freezer bags. Everything in my house is portion sized..Makes it alot easier to controll my portions.
