I am eating a lot healthier also......everyone else in house eats what they want because they are thin....we never were junky eaters but they do like their snacks and sweet tea and coke. I buy my things and I buy things they love.....I don't mind making their dinner and then mine. I don't have a problem with having junk…

If you started 10 days ago and already lost 3 pounds....then something is working........1200 plus activity calories....is reasonable......good luck

Get off the chat board and get busy......is that me yelling? Keep up the good work...when your old clothes start to get to big and you start fitting in the cuter clothes.....that will motivate you even more. We can do this........

Don't be disgusted. Your aloud to have those days occasionally. Now that your aware of the calories.....you will definately be more prepared next time you go. Shake it off and move on. Everytime I think the weigh in is going to be bad because of a weekend spurge......it usually is the opposite. So don't beat yourself up.

I still eat some carbs....but I have cut out the breads. Instead of bread for a sandwich I use lettuce. I will have a slice of pizza here and there. But, just doing away with most of the breads has helped me a lot. And I eat fruit.....but not in huge quantities.....the sugar in them if consumed to much is going to sabotage…

My recipes.com have a lot.....and I like that they have ratings and tips from other peopel that have tried them.

Get a new hobby.....somthing to keep your mind active.Don't quit.....maybe take it in smaller strides....you may be overwhelming yourslef with tyring to accomplish too much so fast. Good Luck
