Ya theres no way i ate that many calories over. I never went over my calories for losing weight. my muscles do feel alot stronger and i did increase my carbs a bit cuz i started eating a bit more fruit than usual. thanks for your help guys i appreciate it

i dont drink either.. never took a liking, i dont think anyone would like the flavor or alcohol the first few times they drink it, its just a means to an end, just like any other drug.

thanks guys, im going to start logging everything even the greens, ill just estimate them i guess since they are so low in calories. especially since i never eat up all my calories available, and i only log a portion of my daily exercises

ive dont over 60 miles so far, i ride back and forth to work its 8.5 miles one way. I ride 4 times a week. Theres a cool website and app called mapmyride, just like MFP but with bicycling

i dont add salt to anything, i eat 3oz of beef jerky which has 1800mg of sodium alone, ontop of the other stuff i eat, i guess i can easily replace the beef jerky with a protein shake or something like that. i keep a eye on my BP and Resting Heart rate and they are both in the green thank god. thanks for all the help guys…
