I think you are so right on setting your goals at 1 lb per week instead of 5. We all want to lose it overnight but it does not go on overnight and will not come off that way either! I am 5 ft and weigh 110 lbs. I was at 137 lbs at my heaviest which was 8 months ago. My GW is 105-108 and I am nearly there so all I can say is to keep with it....exercise and portion control is a must!

I started in June at 137 lbs with my goal weight of 110 lbs ( I am 5 ft) and am presently at 111. I have been at this weight for close to a month and actually would like to get to 105.
