I'm pretty sure it's water for a reason, sure theres some kind of acids in the milk which alter how it works! Its same with alot of thing like whey protein etc. Best thing to do is just follow the guidelines. Also, i wouldnt bother with the biggest loser stuff, way overpriced. You can get alot better for less elsewhere.

What your doing though wont be healthy. 1200calories of fruit and veg or 1200calories on mcdonalds. Decide what's best yourself. If your on a diet you obviously want your body in good shape.

no thats the right way. as you still need to fuel your body to what you've burnt off, take it to the extreme say you eat 1200cals a day but exercised 1200cals a day, you'd be ill and dead in no time! you need to eat more to provide energy for your workout and then in turn its your workout which gets the metabolism high and…

I think the stuff i'm eating is healthier, lots of fish, muesli, salad, etc. It's got me stumped, i know what your saying. I've cut the bacon sarnies out in the morning etc now and replaced with healthy stuff. Like a wholemeal salad sarnie! But, i did eat alot. I could eat a very large portion, possibly first to finish…
