The Nike Training App is good.... you can mix it up a lot. If you do not know how to do an exercise, you can pull up a video by tapping on the picture- I love it!

HAHAHAHA - Me too!! Great post - perfect timing for me to read- I fell out of working out the past month or so - just doing a little here and there but I am trying to get back into a new routine. I see a difference in my legs and waist -my husband sees it too. I don't want to back slide!! thanks for the motivational words!

I am having the same trouble lately ( a lot more then I would like ) but I try to make sure I do something active early saturday morning... either a long walk 3-4 miles with my husband or now that it's nice out I garden and do yoga on my deck. My Friday cheat meal is this: 1 Bacardi and diet, 5 hot and honey wings with blue cheese, a bbq pulled pork sandwich with slaw and a handful of fries. When walking/running or hiking outside, I use the imapmyrun app. It is always lower then MFP and you get the milage you traveled as well. When in the gym, I use the amount the machine gives back.

one more thing I tell people - if you are 200 lbs trying to lose 50 pounds or 125 trying to lose 5, when people say things to me like, " You don't need to lose wight. I only wish I looked like you." I tell them - IT'S ALL RELATIVE. and leave it at that....

ok - I reset my MFP - my number for moderate activity was 2218 but I took 300 off lit is says I can and set it at 1918 instead of the 1450 I have been doing... let's see if it works and I lose weight because I have been so careful and have only lost 11 lbs so far.... Thanks for the post!

For work, I schedule in 3 snacks for the day and if I am still hungry, I drink more water or fresh brewed green tea.... Two words -Weight Training.... I have been doing MFP since 1/12/12 and had lost 7 pounds in the first month then hit a plateau. Instant plain oatmeal with: fresh fruit and white chocolate chips - i do blue berries or strawberries for that berries and cream taste... I will add cinnamon with it too sometimes. I used to do craisins but they have to many calories for me. Nutella and bananas is another fav.
