Since I started MFP again 3 weeks ago, I lost an average human brain.

I ate fruits and vegetables and low calorie homemade meals all week and actually enjoyed my meals!

I binged too and I'm sure a lot of people have! But you know what, after a week of clean eating and maintaining the calories, the binge eating did not make me gain weight at all. We all have those days, If you get depressed or frustrated over this, you'll might end up binge eating more. don't feel to bad and forget about…

1 lb a week lost till christmas. this will get me to my goal weight. and not to gain back any weight during the holidays!

Eating clean or healthy eating is sure good for keeping you healthy and preventing bad diet related diseases. But to lose weight, you still need a calorie deficit. Burn more calories than you eat. Luckily healthy food such as vegetables and fruit are low in calories compared to junk food like chips and deep fried meals.…

I have the same problem! I love desserts. I love chocolates. I try to have regular days without dessert and give myself cheat days so that on special days such as birthdays or dinner outs I can have my dessert and not feel too bad. I also try to work out to balance out the calories, then I equate it... like if I want that…

I am about her height 5 lbs and my normal weight is 95 lbs to 117 lbs (18.5-22.9 BMI) based than on the WHO study for Asian BMI. So for her height 98 lbs is kind of normal is she is Asian or has a small body frame.

I don't think you could get enough nutrients eating 600 cal/day. I am about the same height and weight as you (5 ft, 120 lbs) and have 10 lbs to lose. I was able to drop down to 110 lbs before very slowly but I kind of gained it back over the year. I'm trying to lose it again. The closer you get to you goal the slower it…

Did W9D1 today. Skipped entire week 8 and discovered I can already jog the full 30 minutes! Not up to 5 k yet thought since I'm very slow. Made it to 3k today. I have less that 2 weeks before my first 5k race. So excited.

Today I was supposed to do W6D3 (run 22 minutes no walk intervals) but accidentally set the app to W7D1. It was a happy surprise for me to find out that I can jog for 25 minutes straight. Still not close to a 5 km though since I jog really slow. Just 2.5 km for the 25 minutes. I signed up for my first ever 5K which will be…

I'm 5 ft. with small frame. I've been <110 lbs most of my adult life until I started gaining weight 5 years ago. My heaviest was at 140 lbs. I'm currently 120 lbs and want to get back to 110 lbs.

I'm trying to lose 10 lbs too. I'm 32 yrs old, 5 ft and 115lbs. I've already lost 25 lbs since I joined MFP, when I started at 140 lbs, but I find it hard to lose the last 10 lbs. When I lose 5 lbs I keep on gaining it back! and now my BMR is lower so that even if i eat 1200 calories a day i will lose less that 0.5 lbs a…

I don't know how to post pictures but here's my list. Benedict Cumberbatch! Can't wait for the next season of Sherlock. Korean actor, Gong Yoo, he's just so nice to look at. My girl celebrity crush would be Natalie Portman, a combination of beauty and brains.

1. As others said, work out at home until you build your confidence 2. Have a gym buddy. When I started exercising having a gym bddy that have the same level of fitness helps because then we can work out together and encourage each other 3. Know that there is nothing to be scared about, other people in the gym will not…

OMG, this is beyond words. Well I guess if people can make canned pork brains in milk gravy, they can put anything in a can and call it food!

BMI is a good guide and in general you can calculate the percentage body fat based on the BMI, but there would be differences for each person. Specifically studies found that Asian population has higher fat % at the same BMI than other populations. For example after losing weight I had a BMI of 22 which is well within the…

nothing in terms of food. i just eat in moderation, but i still eat everything. i gave up all my large big clothes that hides the fat, so i can wear fit clothes during exercise. when i see the fat then i am more motivated to exercise to burn them off

58% below national and 60% below world population of my age group "If everyone in the world had the same BMI as you, it would remove 15,256,848 tonnes from the total weight of the world's population"

I have the same FT4 HRM and I love ir. I find that if I use it with an exercise machine that it gives about the same calories burned. However if I use it at rest, it gives me higher rest calories compared to what myfitness pal. So if I do a vigorous exercise (I ocnsider this to be HR > 130 bpm)I take the value as it is.…

Like Korean actor/model Gong Yoo! In real life, smart nerdy lean guys.

I've heard the same too and I find it helps me not be as sore the next day after an intense workout. My bootcamp instructor gave me an article about a study that showed that chocolate milk also does the same thing, so if you don't have time to make a protein shake after a workout, try grabbing a chocolate milk.
