I am eating around 1200 cal/day which is my BMR. My daily calories with normal activity is 1500 cal/day. But i started exercising and burn 300 calories a day from exercise and still stick to a 1200 cal/day diet. This gives me a net of 900 cal/day. is this safe? MFP only gives me warning when my intake is less than 1200…
