  • 1. I have lost 70lbs and I feel really good in my clothes. 2. I can fit in roller coaster seats so I can ride with my daughter. 3. My husband wraps his arms around me and tells me I am so little now... :)
  • I've been stuck too. I'm down 58 but can't seem to get past it. I still have at least 60-65 more to go. It's very frustrating, but I keep hanging in there. I keep checking my calories and changing up my exercise, but no changes. Looking forward to getting outside more, maybe that will help....
  • I'm 44 and 5'6". I started at 286 and am now at 228. I still have a long way to go, but I keep going. I haven't posted any pics yet, but I may soon. You can do it and it is so worth it. Just remember to log EVERYTHING.... (When you hit a slump, don't give up, keep going....)
  • If your plateau is stuck at the same weight for a while, it happens. Check your calorie intake or change up your workouts. I also try to drink more water. Just be patient and don't get discouraged, you might be loosing inches instead of pounds.
  • My doctor put me on 1200 cal per day. I have been doing it for three months now. Find foods that are low cal, but filling. Protein is a must. Chicken with lots of veggies is a good choice. Fruit smoothies with protein powder is good too. Make sure you talk to your doctor so you remain healthy.
  • My biggest challenge is trying to stay motivated and positive when the scale just doesn't go my way. I track every bite I put in my mouth, that includes cough drops if I need one.
