  • There is a company that makes quinoa spaghetti. My Sicilian husband approves! I make salads for dinner by combining quinoa/beans/chopped veggies, then eat it cold for lunch the next day. Quinoa is very versatile! Good luck!

  • I simply use balsamic vinegar and olive oil. I don't need much, I like the taste of my veggies too much to cover them. Lol! I found a fabulous strawberry balsamic vinegar at a local oil store. It's crazy good with blood oranges in a salad!
