im good through the week mostly, its the weekends that do it for me. i really need to up my exercise!

try having a couple of your favorite beers to get the taste for them then switch to the low cal crap for the rest of the day! that works! work out before you meet your mates, just little things to help ease the load!

hi! im 161 at the moment and want to get to about 136 to start with and then go from there (i was 136 about 3 years ago). im 5'3 and 28 y.o.and this is the biggest ive ever been. feel free to add, im in australia tho so slightly different timezone!

yeah just need to remember n start slow! its more the weights i go too hard with, still quite strong but have to be extra careful :-)

haha thats more like it! im looking to lose about 12kg bout 25lbs. put it all on in the pas year or 2, goin to be jogging and lifting but need to be careful at gym cos got bad upper back. i normally start too fast then end up not being able to do anything for a month cos i hurt it so need to go slow at gym, still go but…

yeah its amazing food! risotto is the healthiest i can come up with that still tastes rich lol even adding some capers or something to the side of ur plate helps things feel a bit tastier...yeah im clutching at straws here
