half marathon training program

hey does anyone have a good 12-16 week beginner half marathon plan they could send me please? just beginner level, plan is to finish not walking! thanks in advance!!

This one hasn't let me down yet. Set a reasonable goal then stick to the plan - especially the speed / tempo runs, even when you don't want to!

I've been using the Runkeeper app to track all of my exercise for years. It is compatible with MFP and automatically uploads my calories burned to it. They have several training plans including a half-marathon plan. You can check them out at runkeeper.com.0
