One day at time, one snack at a time, one meal at a time.... If I REALLY wanted something, I would make myself wait until the next day to eat it. By the next day, I either forgot about it, or someone else ate it.

I hurt my back then realized I was taking my health for granted. If you think you have a thyroid problem, go have the blood work done.
