I started at 192lbs 2 years ago and began MFP on 1200kcals a day. Its worked for me, I averaged a 2lb loss each week and lost 3 and a half stone in 18months. Do what feels right for you. If 1300 feels like not enough eat 1400. If you are working out at the gym, eat back your calories so as not to go into starvation mode.…

I've had 'Thunder Thighs' forever. In the summer I would wear a skirt and my thighs would be so sore after walking. They would rub together and cause a rash and sometimes bleeding. My interpretation was that you see results after 30 days. I'm gonna stick to it every day as long as my body will let me and introduce extra cardio if I have time. I'm sure it doesn't matter how you do it. If you want to take it slower, presumably the results will just take longer to show. However you do it is great. Good…

I saw this too and it makes sense. I've just completed the Level 1 work-out for the first time and I'm wondering what my body will be like tomorrow. I've never felt so exhausted! I have Davina's High Energy Five DVD (which I love) I may do that on days when my body is too worn out for Jillian.
