Congrats, And I would choose The Keg. My wife and I went to the one in Niagra Falls, and it was by far the best Prime Rib I've had in a restaurant. That's one meal where you are more than welcome to go over your daily goals.

There is no accurate way to record lifting calories burned. Everybody burns calories with lifting differently. It depends on how much weight, muscle tone, etc. MFP is just a general idea for the cardio calories. The best and most accurate way to figure out burned calories is to get a good quality Heart Rate Monitor. This…

All you need for a quick simple sauce, is heat some extra virgin olive oil in a pan, with some garlic (ok a good bit of garlic) as well as a tablespoon of red pepper flakes. Let the oil infuse with the spices. Once incorporated, toss in the cooked pasta, with a little of the pasta water (this will make it silky). Let it…

Push Up Bars are the way to go. It takes the tweaks out of the wrist. I bought a cheap set at Wal-Mart and they work great.

P90X so far the only thing that I've bought off TV that actually works.

Congrats, I wish I could have done the same. On Fat Tuesday a few weeks ago, my mom dropped off a dozen Paczki from our church. I didn't give them away, I just had one a day and made sue that I logged it and hit the gym. A few years ago I would have down a six pack w/o thinking.

MFP calorie goals allow for you to eat back some or all of the calories you burned off while working out, as long as your net calorie intake for the day is below your goal. So a daily goal of 1500 calories + 500 calories burned with exercise allows you to eat 2000 calories a day and still hit your net calories for the day.…

I'm currently doing P90X as well, My suggestion would be to skip the plyometrics, cardio, and take it very easy on the kenpo routine until your ankle is healed. For Legs and Back I would suggest to only do the 2 legged squats, or modify the exercises to where it's comfortable with the bad ankle. Any body weight squats that…

Major changes, Keep it up!!!

Hang in there. I just started P90X again this week and I've been holding a pound or two higher than I was early last week. Once your body gets used to the new routine and eating habits the weight will start to decline

Like you said, it's all about finding out what works for you, as long as you are seeing results, either on or off the scale, that's all that matters.

I have pretty wide feet and New Balance is the only brand that carries lots of wide sizes. I've never had any issues with them.

Personally I'm a big fan of South American Wines such as Malbec's. Gascon is my favorite so far.

My favorite is cream cheese. Celery is also part of the standard veggies for most of the soups I make. Carrots, Onions and Celery
-
I'll second that one. It's the hardest ab routine that I've tried. I love it.
-
I've tried a few random ones, but my favorite has to be the P90-X series. I do a modified series with my own cardio mixed in to change things up, but it seems to work for me.

I'll second that.
