Agreed. No way you gained 5 lbs. It gotta be the sodium. Drink lots of water over the next few days and it will come off. I think women's body's just don't work evenly. So If the TDEE says that my number is 2900 and I eat about 1500 calories net per day. Is it really possible for me to not be losing weight because I am not eating enough? I seem to be stuck...... seems to weird!

Awesome, congratulations, and you look great! May I ask a personal question? Do you have any issues with jiggly, loose skin or has it shruken over time? If you do have those issues, what have you, do you plan to do about it? Thanks!

WW points didn't work for me either. I much prefer to count calories. I am learning much more about good food choices this way too.

I will be 4-6 lbs heavier at night than when I get up in the morning....... if you weigh every day, expect variation. I wish I could lose a pound a day....... that's the thing that frustrates me when I watch the Biggest Loser. How do they do that? Excersice for 8 hrs/day. Can't do that and have a real life.

My life revolves around autism at work and at home. I am a SW working with mostly autistic children and have a 19 year old son with Asperger's syndrome. Can't get away from it, it's part of me, and I am always looking to connect with others on the autistic journey.......

I did weight watchers too, and lost about 70 lbs over the course of a year. But, I didn't really learn to eat better because I had trouble converting the points system to actual calories with a focus on protein. I like using this system much better. Good luck and welcome!
