I missed the first 15 min. Why does Laurie (hate her by the way) think the baby might be a zombie?0
-
"Question: How come all the guys have long hair, beards, unkept look, yet the women all look great? "
Yeah, and why does the black guy (I forgot his name) look so clean shaven etc???
"As for Carl....I still hate his character. After seeing him shooting and picking off walkers though, I hate him a little less."
I still think the snot nosed brat needs to be taken out by the zombies!
Glad my tv doesn't have smell-o-vision!
So looking forward to next weeks episode!!!0 -
The actress who plays Michonne is great. She is so badass that I didn't notice while I was watching the actual show, but then she was on The Talking Dead afterwards - she is STUNNING!0
-
Perhaps I missed it but what happened to Darryls brother? Did he and the van ever turn up? Forgive me I have a newborn so sometimes I miss things due to intervals of crying and diapers.
Awe little Carl gets on my nerves hoping this season he starts doing what he is told to do.
Lori I cant help but to still loathe her ugh due to the fact that she had the nerve to be angry with Rick on the end of season 2 all the drama is her own fault should have kept her legs closed or found someone other than Shane to knock boots with.
What is the purpose of the black lady with the zombie dogs on the chain lol?0 -
Question: Will she breastfeed the baby??? hmmmmm
Im guessing thats her only option, what happens if she not getting enough food and water to produce enough milk?? Sux for the baby....0 -
I have a question...
If they are all infected already, why would the bite matter anymore? If they die without zombie intervention...they become zombies! I don't get that part, unless I missed something?
Same. I don't get it.0 -

"The Boy toys?" I think she carries the around so that the smell of them and movement of them, help the other zombies think that she as well is a zombie. Plus i believe from the comic book, they are her boyfriend and some other guy she use to know.0 -
And the zombie pets make good pack mules. They carry all her supplies. Without arms or jaws, they can't scratch or bite.0

I'm not ready to see Hershel go! What a scene to watch though - Rick's face after chopping off Hershel's leg was disturbing and sad. Hope Hershel makes it, but it doesn't look very good.
I wonder what's up with Andrea?0 -
They believe that actually being bitten exacerbates the infection already inside them = bites make you die quicker/turn into zombie quicker. (I'm a dork and read the comic book). Remember when the dude from the first season (the one they left behind because he was bitten at the campsite) and how he was going through "the fever" before turning (which we actually didn't see)? They think if they chop of the leg, they are stopping the trigger of the infection from mixing in the blood stream. Unless you die, you need the trigger (bite) to make you die/turn you without naturally dying first.
Okay, so I feel like my nerdiness has just increased exponentially.
My thoughts on the episode?
... Hersheeeeeeelllllll!?!?!? Noooo! Why!?!?!?!?!?
LOL I was going to post the SAME thing about our simultaneous posts. Nerds unite!!0 -
As I was watching the episode during the part where Rick, Glenn, Daryl, Maggie, and Hershel were going through the dark hallways, I felt my pulse quicken and get tense. There is no way I could handle that. I'd be so tense I'd shoot anything that moved.
Thinking about it though, they seem pretty used to impaling people. So they were probably built with sterner stuff. The Zombie apocalypse changes you.. .
The other thing that I was like "WOAH/OH MY GOD!" was when Rick pulled off the security guard's helmet and his *kitten* FACE ripped off.Nothing but rotted muscle and skull!
Holy *kitten* dude, that would freak me out if I saw that in person. Even Rick was like "...jeezus thats gonna haunt me.." after he stabbed that walker.0 -

Funny. I thought that was the fakest-looking of all their special effects for this episode.
And as far as the person mentioned about why they weren't impaling dead people as they walked through the halls, I was asking the same thing. Why in the HELL would Hershel step over a dead body like that???? Is he really that desensitized that he wouldn't step around a corpse??0 -
"I'm not sleeping in a cage!"
~Daryl
That prison is so creepy!0 -
BABY ZOMBIE!!! omg LOL this is mean but i want it to be a zombie!!!!!! Im so happy Rick is not taking crap from her anymore >:(
Team Ricktatorship >:D!!!!
Daryl is beast as ever !!!0 -
Okay, sickest part of the show and to me...the nastiest thing so far...was when they were taking down the guards in the prison courtyard and Rick knocked the one down. He jerked the helmet off and all the skin came with it.... friggin' Nasty!
Episode was pretty good, and it sucks that Herschel got bit, but I knew that it was going to happen when they went into the prison. My only serious beef with the episode was when they first decided to take the prison yard. They had a few members outside the fence that were killing walkers as the came to the fence, just stabbing them there. Why didn't they just do that to them all rather than wasting all that ammunition? Once Rick closed that first gate and got inside the tower, they should have just killed every one that they could at the fences. Those gathered at the tower Rick was in would have been easy to sneak up behind and stab in the back of the head. They really didn't need to use one single round of ammunition.0 -

"The Thing" had obviously fake effects, but it didnt make it any less unsettling. The concept of a walker so rotted that the skin peels off like a soggy banana is unsettling enough.0 -

I think that would have been anyones reaction if their kid was in danger.0 -
Okay I dropped out in the middle of Season 2.. I just got so bored of it/disinterested.
Reading through this has made me want to catch up!0 -

Agreed. The concept in itself is disturbing. But I think it looked too Halloween-y. If a corpse's face were to be peeled off, it wouldn't look like that. That had more of the resemblance of what rotted flesh would look like if it had been soaked in formaldehyde.
*and now I am completely uninterested in my usual snack-time protein bar. Thanks so much, Charlie! LOL!0 -

Yes, they are her boyfriend and her boyfriend's best friend.
For all you girls who love Walking Dead and think you are 'nerds' for your theories, you are hot. I love it!!
AS for Daryl's brother, I hope he makes a comeback. Merle is a ticking timebomb that will add another dynamic to the already riveting storyline.
Carl trying to get some action with Beth (Hershel's youngest daughter)??! She is a foot taller than him and outta his league! BWHAHAHA!0 -

If you die, you'll get up and start walking around again....
If you get bit you'll die a slow and excruciatingly painful death...and get up and start walking around again...0 -

Every girl wants to be a nerd now..... :noway:0 -
Between freezing in the winter and cooking in the summer... At some point won't all the walkers decompose enough to no longer be a threat?0

Isn't she married to somebody? Or did her husband get killed?0 -

THats what my gf was saying.
Isnt there a point where the brain becomes too decomposed for the virus to work with?0 -
