Good to see TDog and Carl stepping up. Also, I think I have a crush on Michonne.
Michonne is def on my girl crush list.0 -
The episode was bad *kitten*.
& the scene with the mask pulled off.. gross but awesome!!0 -
Budget for this season must be huge. Ratings from last year were stellar.
Carl's finally useful!0 -
Another small beef I have is zombies lack the ability to think and problem solve. They can climb stairs and turn unlocked doorknobs. They can barely climb ladders. They have no critical thinking skills. They are motivated by instinct. They hear/smell something alive and they are drawn to it to feed right? Also, they do not sleep.
How the heck did the zombie that bit Hershel sit patiently waiting for the right moment to strike?!
They walked passed the sitting zombie and he did nothing. So if he wasn't asleep, because zombies don't sleep, he would have smelled/heard them and would have attacked immediately. Zombies function off the brain stem and therefore would not have patience or cognitive thought to come up with 'a plan of attack'.0 -
As a die hard "Walking Dead" fan....even for season two, I can honestly say season 3 is looking to be the best yet. So many possibilities. I love they are bringing back Merle for this season too!
Strangely, me too!!! Don't understand entirely why I'm happy to see that guy back... comic relief maybe?0 -

Here's a thought, and it's a long shot, but it's a TV show. I know, I know, crazy.0 -

I thought the same thing. I was just to shy to ask it. Thanks for clearing that up, I really really thought it was real0 -
the show starts looking up again with this episode ) the katana girl is the strongest link to the comic book origin so far (not that I've read any.. she's just such a comic book character, i had to giggle when she showed up in her hood and tights rest of the show looked more like a videogame, and still does. but her zombie escort?... ok i get it, no arms and jaws = no scratches or bites, but how come they're not even trying? every other severed zombie head keeps snapping their teeth, and those are just being her pets?.. diff set of rules again?.. so annoying ))
and a very impressive ending! really makes you wonder what next, it's a first for me with this show.0 -

The whole 'pet' thing will be explained. It gets explained in the comic book at least, as to why they are so 'obedient' and don't try to attack.0 -

ah, ok. thanks, good to know, looking forward. I can believe almost anything on a TV show, but inconsistencies in basic premises like this bug me to no end. i actually posted a long rant about this earlier today ))))))0
