Don't rush it I had a bad sprain years ago and I became active with it too quick and to this day one wrong step and i'm in a brace like I am today. Let it heal correctly or you will regret it for life

I've been curious about this too, I've ready 82-170 on different website for standing and shooting at the range. I've never thought about wearing my HRM to the range maybe next time.

I had the opposite reaction I was happy with the fact that the machines read my calories way lower than my HRM.

I currently eat luna bars because they don't taste like dirt...but want to look into quest bars once I find them in a store here.

I found one at the store that is 45 calories a serving it's yogurt based :-) not bad either I think the brand was boathouse
