  • I run on a treadmill right now, so I just assume that the display is correct for distance. Atlanta has been in the mid to high 80's since about a week after I decided to start running, and that is just way too hot for me. If I stick with this, I will probably buy a GPS watch in the fall when I can actually go outside again…

  • I am much more concerned with endurance than time at this point. I am in the middle of week 5, and I am still running at a 4-4.2 mph pace. Once I can run a 5k without stopping, even if it takes me almost an hour, I'll worry about speed.

  • I have been on that same combination for about 6 months, but with 50mcg of Levothyroxine. I did not notice that adding Levothyroxine caused any changes, swelling, or pain. But everyone is different, so you probably want to talk to your doctor if they are really bothersome, or do not go away.

  • I love the Juno from Moving Comfort. Comes in bra sizing, and you can customize the fit a little bit in the straps and hooks in the back. It's a great high impact bra that does not leave me feeling squished and flattened.
