What gave you the courage to go to ther first class? I live very close to a recreation center that offers free Zumba classes but Im terrified to go. Everyone says its so fun but I am letting my fear get in the way.

Ooohh!!! ME ME ME!!! I had this crazy reverse Graves disease that caused me to gain 60lbs!! I hated it!! But now im under control and trying to lose weight. I have zero motivation to exercise though. :yawn:

All of this sounds sooo familiar!! I got sick and gained alot of weight and now trying to lose it. Its SOOO hard!! Im starving!!
