I eat a FIBER ONE chocolate peanut butter bar. Post workout a protein shake which consist of 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 frozen banana and 1 c Silk unsweetened Almond milk:) Works for me.... You will find what works best, NO WORRIES.:love:

I think it is NO SWEETS and Workouts. My flat tummy became fuller during Thanksiving, so I am doing a lot of ab workouts this week. :)

Ok here it goes...I am 5' 21/2 or 5'2". Some Drs say I have shrunk others say i have gained to 5' 3"...? I lost weight eating 1120-1250 plus exercise. I n maintenance my calorie goal is set at 1440. I eat my exercise calories back, some days I struggled to eat that much but that is the truth. Hope this helps someone to…

Not too worried anymore . Have been at goal for a few months. I g to the gym 3-4 days a week for strength and cardio mix. Been in the hospital 4 times in the lat month not for eating too little. lol try to stay around 1800 calories give or take. Do not go over on non exercise days.

I do 5 mins on elliptical and about 3 on treadmille, stretching between each rep. I did much better this am too:)
