    58 year old. need to lose 60 more. do the weight machines at 24hr fitness 3 times/week since feb. I have missed some weeks....sometimes several and then start again.

    I was doing heavier weights 3 times. 8 reps. I was told to lower weight and do 3 times, 15 reps. what do you think is best? I also do cardio: elliptical, treadmill, or swim. I want to burn, lose, and build muscle.

    I think it is NO SWEETS and Workouts. My flat tummy became fuller during Thanksiving, so I am doing a lot of ab workouts this week. :)
