  • We have our broth before each meal (not breakfast-- my family will not do broth for breakfast)...then we have whatever else we are having. When we were on intro I did broth and then a fresh fruit or coconut oil dessert to help everyone drink it faster!! LOL

  • Mine did that the first time....didn't lay on the bottom--- but it wasn't floating on the top either. The thicker mine got the more it floated (I dont alway get rid of the new mushroom)
