I dont know what my TDEE is, I am bad at math lol, and i keep hearing that we should be eating between our BMR and TDEE. My problem is is that my BMR is just over 2k cal, is that not too much to eat if I want to lose weight? MFP has set my daily cal's to 1650 and i normaly eat around 1700 a day after exercise.

As i understand it muscle does take up less space in the body than fat does. If you measure out 1lb of fat and 1lb of muscle, ofcourse they are both going to weigh 1lb...you measured it. But when you lose fat you get lighter, gaining muscle can mean you gain lbs but you are a fitter smaller person.

No dont get me wrong! I know its not somthing you chose to be, ofcourse. I just mean to say i doubt that because someone has so many brothers they are going to be gay or the fact that its in your genes. It just is and i think telling people that its caused by these things could be a harmful thing.

Um...i thought someones sexuality was a personal preference? I dont think all women are bi at all, i find woman attractive but im married to a male and i dont want to go out and shag every woman i think looks good. I highly doubt what sex your siblings are is going to determine wether you like doodles or not.

Hmmm. I dont think it matters male or female. This is a place people come to for support and motivation, who has what body parts doesnt really change that for me. I always did get on with guys more than gals but not because i chose to, its just nice to know people going through the same struggles.

Thanks :), i do try to eat breaky when i can but it being the end of the month we'r running low on foods lol. I have lost .4 lbs since last month which isnt a lot by far but it is a loss and im happy about it considering i ate pretty badly last week!

Would really love some advice at this point :(. Im doing the exercise, almost sure im eating ok and the weight just wont move. I doubt im going to get what i wanted by the end of the month but i wont give up, would just like some advice.

I log my food every day, if not as often as possible. I never really go over my calories, mostly i just go over the fat intake which im trying to fix. I have cut down alot on carbs, trying to eat more meat and veg than anything. I do bike the 5k, walking is a problem and i find using the indoor bike i have no back pain so…

thanks for the responses folks. I only workut 5 days a week, having sat and sunday off. there is no where near me where i could get access to a pool, my other options are walking with is very limited and video's like the 30 day shred which i do sometimes.

Iv had bad periods since my first, always EXTREMLY painful lol. I have a prescription for pain med for my back at the moment that hels and i take 2 panadol and 2 nurofen aswell. Do you have an indoor bike? I also have back problems and dont walk as an exercise because of it. But i find that using the bike doesnt hurt my back or put any strain on it. Plus you can do it in the privacy of your own home and watch tv while you exercise!

Avocados arnt bad, ^^ i loves them too! But you couldnt eat just the, for too long at least. You still need other things in your diet to be healthy like meat and dairy. Try incorporating them into different meals so that you get all the stuff you need. I love them in pita breads with some ham and cottage cheese ^^.
