I never thought about hollowing out or squishing down the soft bit of a bagel, it's an excellent idea! I love bagels but very rarely treat myself as they are so calorie dense but I will certainly be scooping the excess out (and freeze it for breadcrumbs) to save some calories but mainly to get more filling in. There are so…

Ok thanks for that. I've only just got into cauliflower as an alternative to potatoes and I eat so many eggs a week that this idea is perfect for me. Well done you! :flowerforyou:

Could this be cooked in the microwave to eliminate the need for oil? I think I'll try it anyway, thanks for sharing. Oh, btw, how long does the cauliflower keep fresh after it's been blitzed?

I've got nothing good to say, I just thought I'd get in early.........

Bump for more ideas.

I mash cold hard boiled eggs with natural fat free yoghurt, chopped garlic, chilli and cumin. If I want it on Ryvita's I'll mash it all nice and smooth so it goes further or if I want it as a meal I'll leave it chunkier and load it into bell pepper halves, it really is delicious.

I'm not sure what shape I am! Bust is 10" bigger than waist, waist is 7" smaller than hips. Does that make me an upside down triangle?? :ohwell:

Be sure to let us know once you do.........

I didn't realise smoked salmon was so low calorie. I'm now having some for my dinner later instead of low fat cheese as there's much more protein for the same calories. Thanks for this tip. :flowerforyou:

Tree, decorations and all lights are still up in and around my house! March is the latest I've had them up before so I'm still a long way off taking them down yet lol!

Hi, if you have the nutritional info' of the food then you can input it yourself and add it to the MFP database so others can you it also. Here's how; Click on the blue 'Food' tab at the top of the page, then click on 'My Foods' and select 'Create New Food' from that page. This will take you to another page where you can…

Really? I thought 23% was ok for fitness, I had no idea it was 'underfat' although I'm not gonna say I'm not happy about that. So, do you know what weight I should aim for for a better BF%

Well that calculator gets me at 8.4%, surely that's not right? :frown:
-
I've just checked mine and it comes out at 23%. I'd like this to be 5% lower but I got myself a little confused with how much weight I would need to lose to achieve this so I'd really appreciate any help with setting a goal. My stats are; Age; 44 Sex; Female Height; 5' 4" Weight; 99lb Chest; 33" Waist; 23" Hip; 30" Wrist;…

67% too. Great on Sat Fats & calories, good on sugars and could do better at salt. Thanks for posting, that was a bit of fun for a few minutes on a dull Friday afternoon

I'm 5' 4", 94lb with a medium build. My 'perfect' weight was 120lb, that's when I felt comfortable and confident in clothes, unlike now where trying to get something to fit AND look good is impossible.
-
Bump for later, after I've weighed myself.
-
That is a wonderful transformation, very well done! As other have said you look fantastic and I  that dress. CONGRATULATIONS!!
-
5' 4", currently I weigh 96lb. I was aiming for 93 before Christmas but I really don't think that's going to be possible!
-
Well I've settled on a 34A! It's not a perfect fit but much better than the huge things I've been having to wear since losing weight, lol! OP good luck in your quest. :flowerforyou:

I'm 5' 4", 95lb, 6" wrist, 22 waist, 28.5 under bust, 32 over bust and I am having a nightmare trying to get new ra's to fit me. Some calculators say I should be a 30C and some say 34AA, you try getting either! I tried a 32A last week but the under band was so tight I could barely breath so today I am going to try to…

I'm afraid I have no 'before' photo's as my laptop (containing 7 years of photo's) died a few weeks back and I can't afford to get it looked at :(
